Summary: The Sales Analyst will support Trium's distribution efforts by collaborating with Sales, Investor Relations, and Marketing teams to enhance business development activities. This role involves maintaining the CRM system, preparing sales materials, and ensuring compliance with sales activities. The position offers opportunities for professional growth into a client-facing sales role over time. The successful candidate will gain a comprehensive understanding of institutional asset management operations through regular interactions across various teams within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the CRM system – adding new opportunities/contact details, tracking sales developments, inputting interaction notes, sending weekly sales reports, ensuring all sales activity and communication is in the system.
  • Assist Sales team with preparation for Sales meetings, including creating bespoke presentations as required, and actively follow-up with prospective Investors.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all sales materials and activity are compliant, keeping note when materials are approved.
  • Support the team in sourcing new leads and contacting investors with updates.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and IR on teamwide projects and improvements to the wider sales process.
  • Opportunity to develop into a client-facing sales role over time, with increasing responsibility for investor relationships and business development as experience grows.

The Sales Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Trium's distribution efforts, working closely with the Sales, Investor Relations and Marketing teams to help drive business development activities. The role offers broad exposure across the firm, with regular interaction with Portfolio Managers, Risk, Compliance and Operations, providing a strong understanding of how an institutional asset management business operates. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution function by supporting client engagement, maintaining key systems and reporting, and helping to improve internal processes that underpin the firm's sales and investor relations activities.

Role Description
