Summary: Experienced Sales Administrator needed for a global engineering and manufacturing company in South Nottingham on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves supporting customers and internal teams with sales-related tasks, including quotations, order processing, and customer communication. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in a B2B environment, ideally within a regulated industry. The company offers a hybrid working model with set office days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and issue quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on quotes to check status and address questions.
  • Perform contract reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Enter customer orders in SAP and maintain SAP master data.
  • Create strong internal cross-functional relationships for on-time order fulfillment.
  • Process customer returns.
  • Resolve credit and invoice issues with the Finance department.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales/customer service experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to speak German to a business conversation level is advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a heavily regulated industry such as aerospace or medical is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM (ideally Salesforce), and SAP.

Salary (Rate): 30000
