Overview
We're looking for a smart, driven and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our team in central London. This is not a routine admin job — you’ll be managing complex communications, juggling multiple live tasks, and working across multiple digital platforms and portals every day.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team supporting sales pipeline coordination, partner communication, and live opportunity tracking — all in a high-trust, high-performance environment.
This is ideal for someone who is:
- Great with people (on email, phone, and messaging apps)
- Meticulously organised and structured
- Comfortable learning and managing complex systems (CRM, shared portals, document control)
- Happy managing a high volume of short tasks, moving parts and deadlines
The Role
You’ll be coordinating the flow of live sales opportunities and partner responses—keeping everything tracked, documented, and on schedule. You’ll support a specialist sales team and act as a liaison point between multiple internal and external parties.
This includes:
- Managing incoming opportunities and updating systems accordingly
- Communicating directly with partner organisations to follow up, clarify and support their submissions
- Logging and tracking activity across multiple tools: CRM (Zoho), messaging (Slack), shared portals, and document systems (Microsoft365)
- Helping prepare materials and collate responses to support sales submissions and deadlines
- Monitoring shared inboxes, sales trackers, and task lists, making sure everything stays on track
This is a communication-first admin role that combines organisation, follow-up, and systems confidence. No cold calling, no lead gen — just structured, high-quality delivery.

- Help track progress on active sales opportunities and keep everything up to date
You Should Have
