Summary: The Sales Support Administrator role involves managing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The position requires effective communication with customers and collaboration with the Sales Manager, while also maintaining stock control and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer enquiries and queries throughout the sales process
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
- Liaise with the Sales Manager and assist with any tasks they require
- Maintain stock control
- See each sale through to completion and delivery
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork are up to date throughout the sales process
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
- Ability to multitask with more than one sale ongoing at any one time
- Experience in the metal and steel industry would be an advantage
