Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview: An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Head Office. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of the Stellantis &You team. As an Sales Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner with any discrepancies raised and resolved with each site immediately. In this role you will also: Ensure claims for damage and missing parts are completed in a timely manner and that all customer transactions and queries are handled promptly and efficiently. Ensure all customer data is stored and handled securely in line with Company and legal requirements. Meet all deadlines as set by Line Manager and company procedures. Use computerised systems efficiently to access and input information. Ensure all handwritten documents are legible and accurate. Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service. Maintain filing and storage of documents both physical and electronic to specified criteria. Receive and identify all parts and goods deliveries paperwork. Check for accuracy of both paperwork and computer input.
