Summary: The SailPoint Tester role is focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SailPoint applications, requiring either certification or substantial experience in SailPoint Application Onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SailPoint applications.
- Ensure compliance with Identity Access Management processes.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to understand requirements.
- Create and execute tests, logging results effectively.
- Manage defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Service Now, JIRA, and Xray.
- Engage in stakeholder management and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
- Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies in testing processes.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Identity Access Management.
- Proficiency in SailPoint application onboarding.
- Knowledge of JML and review processes in SailPoint.
- Experience with Service Now tool.
- Familiarity with SailPoint integration with Service Now.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray.
