Summary: The SailPoint Test Lead role involves leading testing efforts for SailPoint applications, requiring a combination of technical expertise and stakeholder management skills. The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, necessitating onsite presence two days a week. The contract duration is expected to be over eight months, with a daily rate of £315 inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts for SailPoint applications.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Create and execute tests, logging results and understanding the testing life cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage defects throughout the defect life cycle.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Xray, and Service Now in testing processes.
- Engage in stakeholder management and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Familiarize with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Identity Access Management.
- Mandatory experience with SailPoint application onboarding process.
- Knowledge of JML and review process in SailPoint.
- Experience with Service Now tool and its integration with SailPoint.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Xray.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 8-10 years of experience in test management.

Experience of Identity Access Management - Good to Have
Experience of SailPoint application onboarding process - Mandatory
Knowledge of JML and review process in SailPoint - Good to Have
Experience of Service Now tool
Knowledge of SailPoint integration with Service Now
Experience of JIRA and Xray - Mandatory
Hands-on creation and execution of tests and result logging.
Understanding of testing life cycle.
Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Understanding of defect life cycle.
Experience of root cause analysis.
Good stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
