JOB PURPOSE: To take the day-to-day lead role in advising and guiding the Housing Executive in the prevention of and response to abusive behaviours towards staff, working in partnership with key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*). or B) Can demonstrate at least 5 years' relevant experience and can demonstrate evidence of equivalent continuing professional development of experiential learning. (Please include dates) *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency
