Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering, facilities, and construction teams to ensure safety in factory designs.
  • Ensure safe execution of installations and CDM activities.
  • Support site installation teams during build, installation, and buy-off phases.
  • Review machine and manufacturing line concepts for health and safety compliance.
  • Review site plans and layout proposals regarding health and safety.
  • Proactively improve health and safety adherence across the business and with contractors and OEMs.
  • Advise and enforce health and safety measures during installation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven history of delivering or assisting with health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with machine safety sign-off.
  • CMSE certification.
  • Membership in a recognized professional body.
  • NEBOSH qualification preferred.
