S4 Hana Manufacturing Process Lead

Summary: The Manufacturing Process Lead for SAP S/4HANA will be instrumental in designing and implementing global manufacturing processes as part of a significant transformation initiative for a prestigious organization. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to drive business value through strategic process design and advisory. The position demands a hands-on approach, ensuring integration with leading solutions while maintaining a focus on high-level business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing processes and a strong background in consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design the global manufacturing processes across production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and planning
• Develop strategic, high-level global templates, not just localized processes
• Translate business objectives and transformation goals into detailed, best-in-class process documentation (L3/L4)
• Actively participate in shaping business cases and guiding executive-level decisions
• Frame strategic options for process design and clearly articulate trade-offs and value levers
• Act as a hands-on, proactive advisor who is confident in speaking up and influencing client direction
• Support workshops, create outside-in recommendations, and drive alignment across regions
• Ensure integration with best-of-breed solutions (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, OMP, Salesforce) while staying out of technical delivery

Key Skills:

• Proven experience of hands-on creation of detailed process documentation within S4 HANA environment
• Experience with S4 HANA is essential
• Strong background of Process Ownership within CPG, Pharma, or Retail/B2B industries
• Previous consulting experience preferred (MBB / Big 4)
• End-to-end business process experience across manufacturing
• Personable and confident, able to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong client presence and ability to drive workshops, plans, and alignment
• Fluent Italian is a plus, but not a requirement
