S3D Telecom Modeler

Summary: The S3D Telecom Modeler is responsible for developing and maintaining telecommunication system models specifically for offshore oil and gas projects. This role involves preparing telecom layouts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The position requires collaboration with engineers and designers to produce accurate designs and reports. Strong hands-on experience with S3D and a solid understanding of offshore telecom systems are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain telecommunication system models using S3D.
• Prepare and update telecom layouts, routing models, and 3D designs for offshore facilities.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and designers to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.
• Generate materials, drawings, and reports from the 3D model.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and offshore requirements.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Telecom Designer on offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with S3D.
• Good understanding of offshore telecom systems (PA/GA, CCTV, access control, data/telephony, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
