Summary: Wipro is looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to join their team, focusing on SAP implementations and delivering business solutions for global clients. The role involves leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management and Customer Service modules, optimizing service processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have proven experience in S/4HANA implementations and strong functional knowledge of SAP PM/CS modules. This position is fixed-term employment for one year, with no visa sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management and Customer Service (CS) modules
- Configure and optimize service processes including: Service Master Data, Technical Objects, Interaction Center On-site Service, In-house Repair, Service Contracts & Quotations
- Field Service Management (FSM) Integration and Service Pricing
- Integrate with core OTC processes: Billing, Delivery, PGI, and Accounting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with best practices
- Support documentation, testing, training, and post-go-live activities
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in S/4HANA Service Management implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM/CS modules
- Integration experience with MM, SD, LE, and FI
- Expertise in repairs, replacements, warranty tracking, and service order lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and consulting best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- SAP PM/CS certification is a plus
