Summary: The S/4HANA Project Manager - Data Design will lead the delivery of a global Data Competency Centre, focusing on a significant S/4HANA transformation in the Healthcare/Pharma sector. This role involves managing complex ERP deployments, ensuring effective data design, business processes, and deployment readiness. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. The candidate will operate within Agile delivery and SAP Activate methodology to enhance project clarity and structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Data Design streams (design - build - test - deploy)
- Drive integrated, predictable and transparent delivery across global teams
- Partner with Data Design Leads, Enterprise Process Owners, technical teams, deployment colleagues and BAU SMEs
- Provide SME guidance across data design, migration, governance and cutover
- Apply strong governance across RAID, milestone planning, quality and dependency management
- Act as the bridge between process design and business deployment
- Operate within Agile delivery and SAP Activate methodology
Key Skills:
- Proven end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project management (Healthcare/Pharma highly desirable)
- Deep expertise in data design, data migration, data governance & data management
- Strong understanding of: Data structures & concepts, Migration methodologies, Validation cycles and Cutover & deployment activities
- Experience governing complex global delivery structures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & executive-level communication skills
- Comfortable driving decisions in ambiguous or high-pressure environments

We're looking for an experienced S/4HANA Project Manager - Data Design to lead delivery within a global Data Competency Centre, supporting a major S/4HANA transformation programme in the Healthcare/Pharma space.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of a complex, multi-wave, multi-country ERP deployment - bridging data design, business process, and deployment readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
As the S/4HANA Project Manager for the EPO Data Competency Centre, you will:
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Data Design streams (design - build - test - deploy)
