Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration and third-party teams.
- Lead regular governance, steering and project status meetings.
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, resources and delivery against agreed plans.
- Identify potential delays and implement appropriate recovery or mitigation plans.
- Manage external SAP partners and suppliers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed governance and quality standards.
- Drive effective communication across business and technology stakeholders.
Experience Required
- 7+ years' Project Management experience.
- Strong experience delivering SAP transformation or implementation projects.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Experience managing risks, budgets, resources and complex project dependencies.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Highly Advantageous
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud/Public Edition experience.
- SAP Activate methodology.
- Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- SAP Cloud ALM or Central Business Configuration.
- Previous hands-on SAP functional or technical experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
