Summary: The S/4HANA Programme Manager is tasked with leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery that meets business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes from mobilisation through to go-live and hypercare.
- Establish programme governance, plans, reporting, and controls.
- Manage programme scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
- Coordinate business and technical workstreams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure delivery aligns with SAP Activate methodology and organisational standards.
- Oversee cutover planning, deployment activities, and transition to support.
- Drive business readiness, change management, and benefits realisation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery methodologies and best practices.
