Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the primary interface between the business, technology teams, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements, particularly within a secure and regulated environment.
- Coordinate data migration, change management, and user training activities.
- Oversee cutover planning and business readiness for go-live and post-go-live support.
- Report programme progress to executive sponsors, steering committees, and relevant government or regulatory bodies.
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance - must be currently valid.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes (end-to-end life cycle).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (eg, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments (eg, Public Sector, Defence, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong project governance, financial management, and reporting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and third-party vendors.
