Summary: The RTR Accountant role is based in Manchester and involves joining an established organization’s Intercompany team to manage intercompany accounting activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate intercompany accounting activities in line with month-end and reporting deadlines
  • Process intercompany journals with supporting documentation in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of intercompany balances, ensuring accounts net to zero across the group
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between entities and business units
  • Act as a key contact across finance teams to support accurate intercompany processing and settlement
  • Work closely with finance operations and treasury teams to improve processes and controls
  • Support VAT-related intercompany reconciliation and quarterly reviews
  • Participate in systems testing, upgrades and ERP enhancements
  • Maintain and document key intercompany processes
  • Support audit activity by providing documentation and responding to queries
  • Contribute to wider continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Key Skills:

The Opportunity
