Summary: The role of RPA Business Analyst involves supporting a high-impact automation initiative within a critical business transformation programme for a global consulting firm. The position requires strong UiPath expertise and business analysis skills to assess and document manual processes. The candidate will engage directly with business stakeholders and is expected to have hands-on development capability in UiPath. This is a remote position with an expectation of one day a week on-site in London.

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced RPA Business Analyst with strong UiPath expertise to join as an Associate, supporting a high-impact automation initiative within a critical business transformation programme.
Key Details:
- Start: ASAP (1–2 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
- Location: Remote but ideally 1 day a week on site in London
- Duration: initial 3 month contract, with strong likelihood of extension
- Rate: Approx. £550 p/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering automation using UiPath (including REFramework)
- Strong business analysis skills – able to assess and document manual processes
- Hands-on UiPath development capability to build, test, and deploy bots
- Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders
- Background in retail, logistics, or high-volume operational environments is desirable
- Available to start within 1–2 weeks
