Summary: The Rotating Equipment Engineer role at Airswift involves providing essential engineering support for offshore assets in the UK North Sea. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day discipline engineering support for an offshore asset.
- Lead work preparations to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality control on maintenance work and ensure readiness for execution.
- Apply knowledge of rotating equipment to achieve specified performance criteria.
Key Skills:
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.
- Knowledge of turbine systems, particularly SGT200/Tornado.
- Familiarity with centrifugal compressors, dry gas seals, submerged SW lift pumps, API pumps, and NFPA fire pumps.
- Understanding of UK HSE regulatory requirements and legislation framework including Safety Case and Performance Standards.
- Proficiency in SAP preferred.
- Degree level (BSc or MEng) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience working for a UK Oil and Gas Operator in asset engineering and maintenance support.
