- Attend site visits during tender and delivery stages
- Report directly to the Estimating Director
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiently
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in flat roofing and refurbishment projects
- Strong estimating and pricing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deliver competitive tenders
- Valid driving licence
- DBS (to be obtained by the company)

About The Role
As a Flat Roofing Estimator, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate estimates for refurbishment projects and mentoring junior estimators. You’ll work closely with surveyors and project teams to deliver competitive tenders and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Core Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: Bedford Head Office
