Summary: The Roadshow Administrator role at FIRST is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on providing administrative support to the EMEA Roadshow team. Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the wider Roadshow team
- Support with expense reconciliation
- Support with venue sourcing and event registration as required
- Multitask to balance client demands while navigating concurrent workload
- Remain professional, responsive and polite in challenging circumstances
- Adapt to a changing environment and respond accordingly
- Maintain onboarding/training documents with the most up-to-date information
- Support with ad-hoc projects as required
- Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values
Key Skills:
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in Roadshows, events, administrative work, marketing and/or communications
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
