Summary: The Risk Manager role at Summer-Browning Associates involves collaborating with risk champions within a telecommunications client to assess risk exposure and control effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Determine CTO's exposure to risk against its risk tolerance.
• Identify emerging risk trends and assess their impact on CTO's risk profile.
• Evaluate control effectiveness in design and operation.
• Identify internal control issues and concerns.
• Support quantitative and qualitative risk assessments for financial planning.
• Facilitate management of issues and challenge management mitigation plans.
• Track risk mitigation actions and provide updates/reporting.
• Monitor key risk indicators and forecast based on past performance.
• Monitor loss events and forecast expected losses with and without management action.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Risk Manager within telecommunications.
• Ability to conduct RCSA or CRSA.
• Understanding of technology, preferably within telco.
• Experience in Operations and Conduct; understanding of financial or capacity risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to undergo SC level vetting.
