Key Responsibilities
- As a Risk Investigator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that human rights and environmental complaints are addressed effectively.
- Triaging Requests: Utilise an AI-assisted classification tool to assess incoming human rights and environmental complaints efficiently.
- Complaint Management: Create and manage investigation records, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective action plans with business units.
- Remediation Support: Assist in basic remediation case management across the EMEA region, tracking timelines and escalating overdue cases to maintain progress.
Who Should Apply
Our client is looking for candidates with a robust background in social compliance or social auditing, ideally with experience in grievance mechanisms and supply chain due diligence frameworks such as SA8000, SMETA, or the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs).
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
