Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project and programme risk registers in line with rail standards
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including QRA and scenario analysis
  • Support change control processes, ensuring risks associated with change are identified, assessed, and mitigated
  • Utilise ARM (Active Risk Manager) to manage and report risk data across projects
  • Facilitate risk workshops with multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners
  • Provide clear, concise risk reporting and dashboards for senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • Present risk positions, trends, and mitigation strategies to senior management and governance boards
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and governance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes and tools
