  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of engagements, client relationships, and business processes.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and compliance obligations, advising the business on risk avoidance.
  • Support the review and negotiation of client contracts by identifying potential risk issues.
  • Maintain and update the risk register, tracking identified risks and mitigation actions.
  • Prepare risk management reports and insights for senior management and support incident investigations.
  • Contribute to training and awareness initiatives to strengthen risk culture.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of engagements, client relationships, and business processes, working closely with stakeholders to evaluate risk exposure. Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions, proactively advising the business on risk avoidance and compliance requirements. Support the review and negotiation of client contracts and engagements by identifying potential risk issues and recommending appropriate controls. Maintain and update the risk register, tracking identified risks, mitigation actions, incidents, and resolutions, and contribute to quality and compliance reviews. Prepare risk management reports and insights for senior management, support incident investigations, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives to strengthen risk culture.
