Summary: The Risk & Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in a UK organization focused on energy and sustainability initiatives. • Develop, implement, and maintain robust risk and compliance frameworks.
• Support the Group FD in compliance-related matters.
• Manage a small compliance team of four members.
• Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize compliance management software and tools.
• Oversee GDPR and Data Protection compliance.
