Summary: The Right of Way Clerk is responsible for reviewing documents related to construction projects, obtaining land title information, and processing easement documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Review right of way documents, permits, and construction requirements involved with construction projects
- Obtain land title information from courthouses, title companies, and other sources
- Process and track recording of easement documents with applicable county agency
- Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness
- Provide database administration and document preparation
- Prepare FERC notification letters and completion packages
- Compile and submit weekly reports
