Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality plating construction service in accordance with project/company requirements.
- Ensure all workscope is completed safely, with no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric, or environment.
- Read, understand, and implement all applicable company/project policies and procedures.
- Complete workscope in accordance with workpack/jobcard instructions and associated procedures.
- Provide support to other trades/disciplines as part of an integrated multi-discipline team.
- Raise applicable Permit to Work (PTW) for controlled and safe workscope completion.
- Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) for safe workscope execution.
Key Skills:
- OPITO Rigging Assessment Stage 3 or 4.
- BOSIET/EBS Approved Offshore Medical.
- COSHH Awareness (desirable).
- LOLER Awareness.
- I.S.S.O.W. LOLER planning & risk assessment (LOLER Appointed Person).
- Approved Slinging – Banksman course.
- Effective communication skills.
- Commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to comply with company and client requirements.

Worley is currently recruiting for a Rope Access Rigger for fixed term contract. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our offshore team on the Scott.
Key Aims And Objectives
- To deliver a high quality, consistent and competent plating construction service in accordance with project / company requirements, standards and procedures.
- To support overall delivery of company goals and schedule.
- To ensure all that all workscope is completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment
- To perform all required discipline tasks, safely, consistently and in accordance with project requirements, procedures and specifications
Role Requirements
- Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the rigging / erection work scope is completed, in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safety
- Complete all workscope in accordance with applicable workpack / jobcard instructions, associated procedures and drawings / sketches
- Provide support to other trades/disciplines where required,or form part of an integrated multi-discipline team.
- Raising applicable Permit to Work (PTW) in order to complete workscope in a controlled and safe manner .
- Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete workscope in a safe and controlled manner.
