We are hiring for Rewards / Benefits Consultant

Location : Hybrid - London OR LEEDS OFFICE

Proven experience in a dedicated Reward role, with a strong focus on pay equity and compliance. Strong understanding and practical experience with various job evaluation methodologies and organizational design principles Ensure all compensation and benefits policies and practices remain compliant with UK legislative and regulatory requirements Demonstrable experience in developing or maintaining job architecture frameworks. Advanced analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel and data management tools. (Experience with R or similar analytical tools is desirable). Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those for gender pay gap reporting. Demonstrated ability to be proactive, collaborative, and constructively challenge the status quo to drive results.
