About you
We're looking for an experienced Reward professional who can hit the ground running and has operated across a broad reward remit rather than specialising in one area.
- Senior reward experience within commercially focused organisations.
- Strong experience across benefits, total reward, salary structures/banding and bonus design.
- Previous experience undertaking a reward or benefits review and benchmarking proposition against the external market.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to operate with senior HR, Finance and business leaders.
- The ability to simplify complex reward issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
- Experience managing or negotiating with benefit providers and suppliers.
- Strong systems and data capability
- The credibility, pace and pragmatism to make an immediate impact in an interim environment.
Why this opportunity?: This is not simply a BAU Benefits and Reward role.
You'll have the opportunity to review, challenge and shape an established reward proposition, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing a number of important reward priorities across the organisation.
If you're an experienced Reward professional who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, finding opportunities and turning analysis into action, this could be an excellent interim assignment.
