Role Description The RevOps Architect / Consultant : We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations (RevOps) Architect / Consultant to design, implement, and optimise our business operations infrastructure. This role will be responsible for creating a scalable operational ecosystem by integrating Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, and other core business systems to support our sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and IT functions. The consultant will develop a streamlined operational framework, oversee data migration from existing platforms, establish automated workflows, define reporting and CRM structures, and implement best practices for security, user permissions, and collaboration. Working closely with business stakeholders, they will ensure all systems are aligned to support future growth while improving efficiency, customer management, and internal processes. Key responsibilities include Microsoft 365 and user management setup, HubSpot CRM implementation and configuration, customer data migration, workflow automation, department structure design, documentation, staff training, and ongoing implementation support throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Revenue Operations, CRM architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, HubSpot implementation, systems integration, process automation, and digital transformation for small and growing businesses. Smart Bunker is a small business with 1–5 employees , and we are looking to work with a small agency or experienced freelancer to deliver this project. Our initial budget is £350–£500 payment although this is negotiable depending on the scope of work and the level of expertise required. We will cover the cost of the infostructure and platform cost. We expect this to be a one-off implementation project , with the option of short-term technical support during and after the system goes live to ensure a smooth transition.
