About Retrofit Delivery Project Manager (PAS 2035) Location : High Wycombe / Hybrid working (2–3 days in the office or on home visits, 2–3 days working from home) Salary : £56,108 + Excellent Benefits Contract : Fixed-Term – 12 months Hours : Full-Time, 37 hours per week At Paradigm Housing Group, we're on a mission to make our homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget expectations.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and Retrofit Coordinators to ensure compliance with PAS 2035.
• Producing detailed cost breakdowns, funding reports, and monthly updates for stakeholders and DESNZ.
• Supporting post-works evaluations and ensuring remedial actions are taken where necessary.
• Promoting the benefits of retrofit works to residents and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

• Retrofit Coordinator and/or Assessor qualifications, with a strong understanding of PAS 2035.
• Experience in domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
• A background in construction or building surveying, with relevant professional qualifications.
• Excellent project management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Where could this role take you? Whilst this role is fixed term for 12 months, in a business our size; circa 630 employees and turnover £150m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise.
