Summary: The Retrofit Delivery Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability within social housing. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and managing project budgets and timelines. The position is fixed-term for 12 months, with potential for extension or permanent opportunities within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to Paradigm Housing Group's mission of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget expectations.
- Coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and Retrofit Coordinators to ensure compliance with PAS 2035.
- Producing detailed cost breakdowns, funding reports, and monthly updates for stakeholders and DESNZ.
- Supporting post-works evaluations and ensuring remedial actions are taken where necessary.
- Promoting the benefits of retrofit works to residents and internal teams.
Key Skills:
- Retrofit Coordinator and/or Assessor qualifications, with a strong understanding of PAS 2035.
- Experience in domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
- A background in construction or building surveying, with relevant professional qualifications.
- Excellent project management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
