Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project coordinator for initiatives such as new store openings and system implementation, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and tracking progress for timely execution.
  • Support process development to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including updating materials and resources for retail operations processes and systems.
  • Communicate effectively within the wider Global Retail teams and internal retail stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and retail stakeholders.
  • Provide flexible support to the team to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and team activities as needed.
