Summary: The Retail Coordinator Intern role at Montblanc UK is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position focused on supporting business reporting and retail operations to achieve sales and strategic objectives. The intern will engage in business analysis, project coordination, and administrative support within the Retail Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Executing, reporting, and analyzing Sales and KPI Performance for UK All Channels
- Product performance reporting and analysis
- Executing, tracking, and analyzing Retail Incentives
- Supporting the Retail Operations Manager with retail network projects
- Coordinating retail projects to streamline processes and inform stakeholders
- Supporting, attending, and minuting all Retail meetings
- Preparing internal and external presentations ensuring figure accuracy
- Managing boutique facilities and vendor relationships
- Retro planning and execution for all BTQ openings and closures
- Supporting retail activations, including events and private sales
- Day-to-day administration to support the Retail Department
- Maintaining all folders and files up to date
- Travel and venue booking
- Providing ad hoc support to the Retail Office function
- Covering for Boutique staff in emergencies
