Summary: The Retail Business Consultant role at Goodyear is a fixed-term contract focused on supporting the growth of the fleet service network through business development, operational support, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of new programs, tools, and systems, including coordination with service providers and IT platforms.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards, processes, and retail guidelines, including audits and follow-up actions.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, workshops, and training sessions to support partner capability and engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, including contract management, audit preparation, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives on track and communication clear.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Support network expansion, onboarding of new partners, and retention initiatives.
