Summary: The role of Business Analyst - Retail Systems involves supporting a leading retail brand in a dynamic environment focused on transformation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering small to medium enhancements across store systems
- Supporting a bespoke retail customisation initiative with global reach
- Reviewing fragmented systems and defining end-to-end processes
- Contributing to POS and wider retail system improvements
- Supporting compliance updates and ongoing business change
Key Skills:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in retail environments
- Strong understanding of store systems, POS, and inventory management
- Experience working across multiple applications and stakeholders
- Ability to define and map end-to-end processes
- Confident communicator who can work collaboratively in less structured environments
- Experience with Oracle or SAP (desirable)
