Summary: The Restaurant Marketing Manager at Wonderfield Group will be instrumental in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the brand, focusing on driving brand growth and engagement. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong understanding of food trends, particularly in Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives effectively. The position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and brand visibility across all channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across all brand touchpoints.
- Leading integrated marketing, advertising, and PR activity, including digital, social, and out-of-home (OOH), with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and brand growth.
- Working closely with the Commercial Team to build and execute a sales-driving activity plan and develop strategies for delivery and Click & Collect.
- Owning new restaurant launch marketing plans, collaborating with Operations and New Openings to drive awareness and excitement.
- Activating brand campaigns and NPD launches across all channels to deliver on strategic objectives and brand metrics.
- Driving local marketing initiatives through buzz campaigns, local press outreach, and social engagement.
- Creating and delivering omni-channel brand marketing plans that boost visibility, drive engagement, and support commercial goals.
- Collaborating with Ops and Training Teams to ensure effective rollout of all marketing initiatives in-restaurant.
- Managing brand and marketing KPIs within restaurants and producing monthly performance dashboards.
- Overseeing content creation, including photography and videography for B2B and B2C use, under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager.
- Supporting insight and analysis, including trend reports, competitor reviews, and data-led decision making.
- Delivering in-restaurant POS and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with overarching campaigns.
- Reporting on brand health, including managing our mystery shopper programme and consumer feedback.
