Summary: This role as a Resourcing Manager involves leading the Resourcing team to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes, manage temporary staffing, and ensure compliance with visa and sponsorship regulations. The position requires providing expert HR support, driving operational excellence, and maintaining key performance indicators for the resourcing function. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training managers on recruitment practices and managing relationships with line managers to optimize recruitment performance.

  • Manage relationships with line managers to enhance recruitment practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team as we strive to build upon our offer and continue to deliver high quality and efficient resourcing services . This role has a portfolio to include recruitment and onboarding, e-rostering, volunteering and work experience, and temporary staffing . Your role would be to provide expert support and leadership to deliver on organisational key performance indicators of this professional resourcing function ensuring the provision of a high quality, innovative and effective service to internal and external customers. Champion operational excellence in processes, procedures and recruitment practices and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and processes. Provide senior HR experience and recruitment/workforce management Lead and monitor the use of Certificates of Sponsorship ensuring the Trust has a regular supply of certificates to meet its needs. Be the authorising officer for the UKVI and sponsorship management system for AfC workforce, reporting to the Sponsor Lead for the Trust for confirmation of any changes and escalations. Provide expert advice (including the maintenance of Trust policy and procedure) on the application of Certificates of Sponsorships, visa and registration requirements in accordance with trust policy and appropriate legislation and regulation. Ensure a programme of Recruitment and Selection training for managers across the organisation is kept updated and relevant. Manage the relationship with line managers to embed the Recruitment’s Key Performance Indicators and monitor recruitment team and recruiting managers’ performance against this manage the resourcing team functions to include temporary staffing, volunteering and e-roster as well as resourcing and onboarding.
