Working hours: full time, 09:00 – 17:30. Dates: mid-July 2025 – June 2026. Likely requirement to extend to 2-days/week from June, until September 2026. Please note the internal title for this role is Artwork Manager.

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an Artwork Manager who can play a central role in ensuring the smooth and high-quality delivery of posters and figure redraws through our global artwork studio. You should have experience of managing the workflow of artwork/creative projects, balancing workloads across an internal team and freelancers, and maintaining internal processes. You will be a key liaison between different roles – artworkers, editorial and client management teams – advocating for the Artwork team, supporting team development and contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
