Hybrid working (ideally 1 day per week in office, flexible/remote considered)
A local authority in the East of England is seeking an experienced Resolution & Tribunal Officer to support their SEND team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in managing tribunal cases and supporting dispute resolution across education settings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee appeals to the First-tier Tribunal
  • Coordinate and facilitate mediations to resolve disputes
  • Represent the Local Authority at tribunal hearings
  • Liaise with parents/carers, young people, legal teams, advocates, and education providers
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation
