Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Take instructions, keep accurate file notes, and communicate with clients and third parties.
- Draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, and more.
- Carry out Pre-completion, Land Registry, and Conveyancing searches accurately and timely.
- Ensure files are ready for exchange and completion with all necessary paperwork and funds in place.
- Handle a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds.
Key Skills:
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Fee Earning Role with a full range of Residential Property matters.
- Experience running own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
- Experience using a case management system is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload on a day-to-day basis which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion.
- Taking instructions, keeping accurate file notes, communicating with clients and 3rd parties, and completing tasks.
- You will draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
- Carry out Pre-completion, Land Registry and Conveyancing searches accurately and timely.
- You will ensure the file is ready for exchange and completion, making sure all the correct and necessary paperwork and funds are in place.
- As a Property Lawyer you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds.
Skills & Experience
- Applicants should possess excellent client care and interpersonal skills in addition to being able to work well as part of a team.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Fee Earning Role dealing with a full range of Residential Property matters and running your own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases is required.
- Experience using a case management system is advantageous.
