Summary: The Residential Client Accountant will assist the Head of Resi Client Accounts and Client Accountant in managing the Residential Accounts department, including tasks such as processing rents, paying suppliers, and handling tenant deposits. The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs. Previous experience with Reapit and in the property sector is desirable. The position is based in London and is offered as a fixed-term contract for 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Resi Client Accounts and Client Accountant in the day-to-day running of the Residential Accounts department.
  • Receive rents, pay suppliers and landlords through Reapit, and produce statements and remittance advices.
  • Refund tenant deposits and chase rent arrears, reporting back to clients accordingly.
  • Problem solve account queries from tenants, landlords, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met.
  • Use the accountancy functions in Reapit unaided.
  • Perform other administration and ad-hoc duties as necessary.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Previous experience using Reapit is desirable.

What You'll Do
