What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to engage with and consult our residents on the development and implementation of our ambitious plans to improve and regenerate one of our largest neighbourhoods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the widest range of estate residents and stakeholders are engaged with and consulted on the regeneration plans; including (but not limited to) defining and building support for the proposals, planning process, construction/delivery works
- Building strong and positive working relationships with residents, key stakeholders such as local authorities, and internal Raven teams
- Being the first point of contact for community enquiries; including queries related to decant and rehousing
- Leading on the development and delivery of community engagement and consultation strategies to support the regeneration masterplan
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Strong understanding of partnership working and social value delivery
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt the messaging for varying target audiences
- Knowledge of decant and rehousing principles and challenges
- Proven experience in community engagement, consultation and stakeholder manager
- Experience in event planning and managing an activity budget associated with resident involvement activities
