Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the service provider on site, ensuring all Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) obligations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage annual outages, routine maintenance, and emergent repair work to minimise downtime and maximise plant reliability.
- Work closely with the client to align operational, maintenance, and emergency procedures while maintaining full compliance with HSEQ legislation and site standards.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities for safety, environmental, and operational compliance, supporting investigations into incidents or near-misses.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and operational advice to ensure plant equipment is maintained and operated correctly.
- Oversee spare-parts management, supplier coordination, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of maintenance work.
- Collaborate with internal warranty, service, and contract management teams to ensure clear scope boundaries and seamless delivery across all service activities.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in plant operations, maintenance, or service engineering within power generation, energy, waste-to-energy, or process industries.
- Proven experience managing LTSAs or similar long-term service or maintenance contracts, with strong technical and commercial awareness.
