Role Description This is a contract role for a Reservation Sales Manager to help us elevate our sales team. The individual in this position will work alongside our sales manager bringing in best practice to help manage and motivate the team, ensure we have efficient processes to manage the growing number of enquiries, delivering fast turnaround on quotes and an excellent customer experience. This requires the person to be happy rolling up their sleeves and mucking in, answering calls, being on live chat, finding the right itineraries for customers and creating tailormade proposals. The role also involves training and supporting team members, monitoring performance metrics, and improving service standards to align with company goals.
