Summary: This role involves working as a Research Scientist in a pharmaceutical company, focusing on the design, development, and execution of LC-MS methods for protein quantification in various samples. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and run LC-MS methods to quantify proteins in in vitro and in vivo samples.
- Utilize Thermo Orbitraps for mass spectrometry analysis.

- Engage in experimental design, data analysis, and report presentation.
- Develop LC-MS proteomics methods, focusing on protein quantitation processes.

As a key member of the team you will be responsible for designing, developing and running LC-MS methods to quantify proteins in in vitro and in vivo samples, using Thermo Orbitraps. This work will play a key part in biomarker discovery and drug efficacy, catalysing the development of novel drugs.
For this role you must possess:
- A strong analytical background, including experimental design, data/results analysis and report presentation.
- LC-MS proteomics method development experience, ideally with knowledge of protein quantitation processes e.g labelled and label-free strategies and targeted proteomics
