Summary: The Requirements Manager role is a 6-month contract position focused on managing user requirements for the RAF, requiring specific experience in Requirements Management and familiarity with RAF operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain user requirements in line with NEXUS contracts.
  • Review all acceptance documents for completeness and applicability.
  • Provide operator advice to the delivery team and contractor.
  • Ensure the Programme Director is regularly updated.
  • Attend weekly SLT meetings and provide feedback.
  • Act as the SME for requirements-based advice.
  • Assist in annual reviews of the ACP.
  • Ensure the MoD receives value for money on contract amendments.
  • Review contractor evidence and lead the DT subject matter expert reviewers in the commissioning process.
  • Support the PgD in driving continuous improvement and good practice.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Key Skills:

  • RAF experience is mandatory.
  • Requirements Manager experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in RAF Cyber Space/Comms is highly desirable.

RAF Requirements Manager - Outside IR35

We are seeking a Requirements Manager for a 6-month contract role. This position is outside IR35 and requires experience with the RAF and in Requirements Management.

Rate: Up to £700 per day (outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site per week at RAF HQ (High Wycombe) or Farnborough.

Clearance: SC clearance is required. DV clearance is highly desirable.
