Summary: Our client, a global leader in industrial engine manufacturing, is looking for a Requirements Manager to define and manage product requirements for high-capacity power solutions. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and leading new product introductions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and commercial awareness. Experience with large engines or strategic product development is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product requirements across global markets
- Lead new product introductions and voice of customer (VOC) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Support technical launches and develop business cases for future programs
