Reporting Lead - Package Consultant - Oracle Business Analytics Cloud

- Design, develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to support business, operational and statutory reporting requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads and reporting analysts to translate reporting requirements into scalable dashboards, analyses and data visualisations.

- Develop subject-area expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM and EPM data models, ensuring reports align with agreed business processes and data definitions.

- Create and optimise FDI dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and self-service reporting solutions, applying reporting best practices and usability principles.

- Support data validation, reconciliation and testing activities, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to investigate data quality issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable resolutions.

Contribute to reporting governance, standards and documentation, including report catalogues, design specifications and user guidance materials.

Provide support during project delivery phases including design, build, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and hypercare, working within a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
