Summary: The Reporting & Data Analyst role is a fixed-term position within ITV's People Operations team, focusing on supporting internal stakeholders with complex reporting and data insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining regular and ad hoc reporting for the People Teams, alongside designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards.
- Supporting the development, optimisation, and strategic rollout of the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform-powered People Dashboard.
- Transitioning traditional reporting toward proactive, AI-driven insights and enabling line managers to self-serve on data.
- Maintaining strict data governance, quality metrics, and standards for People data and reporting.
- Collaborating with end users to identify downstream data needs and opportunities for improved data management.
- Proposing system improvements to maintain data integrity while presenting complex data trends clearly.
- Recognising and escalating potential risks or data issues in a timely manner.
- Delivering technical training and guidance to colleagues on system and reporting-related queries.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience of working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Proven practical experience working with SQL.
- An in-depth understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- A strong understanding of quality management, including data standards and regulations.
- An organised approach to documentation and experience using Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The team operates in a fast-paced and changing environment, continuously improving processes to transition our data capabilities toward proactive insights.
The role.. We’re looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to join the team on a 18 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the People function, you will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders with complex reporting requirements, comprehensive data validation, and providing strategic data insight to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. This is a dynamic, business-facing role that bridges technical data management with customer-focused support. Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining regular and ad hoc reporting for the People Teams, alongside designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards in conjunction with strategic priorities.
- Supporting the continued development, optimisation, and strategic rollout of the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP)-powered People Dashboard to encourage wider adoption.
- Leveraging FAIDP capabilities to transition traditional reporting toward proactive, AI-driven insights and enabling line managers to self-serve on the data required in their roles.
- Maintaining strict data governance, quality metrics, and standards for People data and reporting, ensuring consistent use and measurement of key KPIs.
- Collaborating with end users to identify downstream data needs (e.g., rostering, benefits, and survey systems) and opportunities for improved data management.
- Proposing system improvements to maintain absolute data integrity while presenting complex data trends and analysis in a clear, business-understandable format.
- Recognising and escalating potential risks or data issues in a timely manner to support broader programmes and activities.
- Delivering technical training and guidance to colleagues on system and reporting-related queries to support long-term self-service models.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Solid experience of working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Proven practical experience working with SQL.
- An in-depth understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and handling sensitive information.
- A strong understanding of quality management, including data standards, regulations, and applicable policies and procedures.
- An organised approach to documentation and recording good practice processes, with experience using Google Suite (including Google Sheets).
